    SAMAHAN Meeting September 24, 2011 B400 Presider: Jubail Pasia I. Living Rosary on Friday, September 30 (4PM) a.

    SAMAHAN is tasked for Flowers, Balloons (55 Blue, 15 White) for the Flying Rosary and Offerings for the Mass (Canned Goods) b. Another task for to invite students to participate in the Living Rosary c. Another task is to look for 36 students to say the Hail Mary (hence, every division is to assign 4 students each for the prayers) d. Students are to bring rosaries e. TASKS: i. Flowers ii. Balloons (Jimenez) iii. Canned Goods (Pregon) iv. 4 students per division (REPS) Presentation of the Ateneo Community Building a. Finster Auditorium b. 4PM c. SAMAHAN officers are to attend Fr. Taboras Birthday on September 26, 2011 a. SAMAHAN will procure a giant Greeting Card and Wine b. TASKS: i. Card (Serna) ii. Wine (Castillones and Jimenez) Forum on Good Governance a.     SAMAHAN Reading of the Constitution a. Since the majority is not available for the reading tomorrow, September 25, it shall be moved to October 11. SAMAHAN officers should really block this date for the reading of the constitution. b.
