The multidimensional time makes it possible for parallel universes

to expand and contract in a phase difference

Have you plotted a sine and cosine curve overlapping each other? You can see the phase
difference. Each oscillates between 1 and –1 but not at the same time. There is a lag of time
between them. If you recognize time as multidimensional and parallel universes, you will realize as
this universe expands, the other contracts. Actually because of multidimensional time, it is possible
to have infinite number of parallel universes.

It is possible we are living trough these parallel universes forever. It is also possible we are
recycling within these parallel universes from on to the other and attaining higher levels of energy.
In some religions, it is believed there are seven layers of heavens. The super string theory actually
agrees with it. We are in the base universe. It has three spatial dimensions. We may re-circulate in
this universe and its parallel version on the cosine curve till we reach or attain the required level to
jump into the next level of universes. The next level has four spatial dimensions. The final one has
actually ten spatial dimensions. When the zero point energy (life) attains the maximum possible
energy level in the seventh heaven or universe, it can move into the chilled universe, which forms
the platform or base of all creation.

The theory matches the quantum vacuum concept of the hyperspace of maximum ten dimensions.
The super string theory actually explains the concept very well.
