Given Ampicillin(Altozin) 250 mg q 6 hours ANST (-) Encouraged patient on sips of water as tolerated Given Paracetamol 100mg/mL 1.0 mL q 4 hours Paracetamol with salbutamol(Bionelo) 1 neb q 8 hours Encouraged to perform chest tapping every after nebulization Advised patient to position child on moderate high back rest and to feed with aspiration precautions
