ANALISIS FAKTOR - FAKTOR KAPABILITAS ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN PERUSAHAAN YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA BISNIS PEDAGANG DAN PENGRAJIN DI PASAR TRADISIONAL PD PASAR JAYA DKI JAKARTA
Suharyono*), Musa Hubeis**), Setiadi Djohar***), Hartoyo****) ABSTRACT The fact that DKI Jakarta as center of government and business makes it one of favourite cities for urbans to work as traders and craftsmen. The location preferred by traders and craftsmen is traditional markets which are managed by PD. Pasar Jaya (the Province-owned Agency responsible for the operations of marketplaces across Jakarta). The purpose of this research is to determine factors of organization capability and corporate environment against business performance. This is causal research using statistical approach and explaining phenomenon that occurs through theory and statistical hypothesis testing. The findings are among others as follows: Nearly half of respondents educated to high school level get a loan capital from their family. Average monthly income of all respondents in this survey reached Rp 39,432 million or Rp 473,190 million a year with average annual expenditure for Rp 241, 968 million or a profit ofRp 19,268 million or 10.5% of the capital. Usage of illegal workers (illegal brokers) has led to a disappointing experience purchase of the customers as is found in the center of trade in auto parts market ofAsem Reges. Together factors of organization capability and corporate environment directly positively affect both the performance of marketing and business. Factors of corporate environment, both internal and external, inderectly negatively affect marketing and business performance. Indicators that give the biggest contribution to explaining factors of organization capability and corporate environment are implementation of human resources program, innovation policy, the availability of funds, subtitution products, purchasing power, power supplier, customer growth, customer loyality, and increased efficiency.
