    Date: September 26th, 2011 Dominican Hall Lounge Meeting #1 Minutes:


    *Introduced the E-Board (present and not present), club advisors, and Kiwanis Club members *Discussed the expectations of the club: Attendance, help, etc. *Talked about the values and missions of Circle K. *Each member in attendance introduced themselves and explained why they joined Circle K. *Talked about Facebook and twitter page. (Spread the word!) *Explained possible events: Fundraiser for the city of Caldwell Volunteer Firefighters Walk for Wishes Crop Walk Passaic River Clean Up Soup Kitchens Thanksgiving dinner-lunch for St. Josephs School of the Blind Bingo Night Read and spend time at St. Catherines Nursing home *Refer to Ideas Sheet *Advisors talked about their roles. *Agreed that the first event will be the Crop Walk in Lincoln Park, NJ. *Pizza and beverages *Ended about 45 minutes later. *E-Board members stayed later to talk to Kiwanis Club
