The Circle K club at Caldwell College held its first meeting of the year. They introduced the executive board and advisors, discussed the values and mission of Circle K, and had members introduce themselves. The meeting covered possible volunteer events for the year including a crop walk, soup kitchens, and nursing home visits. They decided their first event would be participating in a crop walk in Lincoln Park, NJ.

(Spread the word!) *Explained possible events: Fundraiser for the city of Caldwell Volunteer Firefighters Walk for Wishes Crop Walk Passaic River Clean Up Soup Kitchens Thanksgiving dinner-lunch for St. Josephs School of the Blind Bingo Night Read and spend time at St. Catherines Nursing home *Refer to Ideas Sheet *Advisors talked about their roles. *Agreed that the first event will be the Crop Walk in Lincoln Park, NJ. *Pizza and beverages *Ended about 45 minutes later. *E-Board members stayed later to talk to Kiwanis Club
