Make sure the phone is camped on to 3G.

When the script is started, MS will first activate a PDP Context Request. The Ping command should be started once PDP request is accepted.

Hide the phone underneath the seat or cover with clothes to weaken the received signal.

The MS will trigger Cell Change Order From UTRAN when the threshold is reached.

MS is in 2G now.

Once the MS is handed over to 2G, it will first performs the Location update.

Then Routing Area update. Make sure you get Routing Area Update Complete message before deactivate the PDP context. Save the log and repeat the same procedure for 210 times when the MS is reselecting back to 3G. One sample per log.
