Moist Chocolate Cake
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. oil 1 c. boiling water 1 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Make sure water is boiling; batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost as desired.
