    Patient B was born on September 9, 2011 at bulacan he was 20y/o and he was currently lived with his parents.

    He denies any previous surgeries and hospitalizations and he also denies any heredofamilial diseases. Patient B was diagnosed T/B Arthritis in the left elbow and he was taken a medication those are Rifampicin / Isoniazid/pyrazinamidel/ Ethambutol 50mg/75mg/400mg/275 mg tablet once a day. Multivitamins + iron 500mg once a day. He occasionally alcoholic beverage drinker, non smoke but he had a presence of beverage allergies like in red horse.
