    Time Allowed: 15 Minutes Presentation and 5 Mts. Q & A Task: Study the following aspects in respect of the Company allotted to you:

Comparative Statement Analysis b. Common-Size Analysis c. Ratios At least two in each category i. Liquidity ii. Solvency iii. Profitability iv. v. Turnover 5. Investor-relatedCompare with other Competitor or industry benchmarks 6. After the above, give your comments and interpretations and Conclusion To include your learnings, advice to Prospective Investors, etc. Important Notes: If any one absents on the day of presentation s/he loses the marks allotted Every team member should speak on the day of presentation Which part of the report to be presented by each member shall be told by the Faculty at the time of presentation. All the Teams to submit Hard Copy of the Report which should include the M D A, Auditors Report, Financials and your calculations and the findings. All the Teams would submit the Reports latest by Tuesday, the 26th July and the Presentations will start from that day itself. In a day we may have around 3 presentations.
