    Photosynthesis is the process by which plants use sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water to produce oxygen and energy in the form of glucose.     RAW MATERIAL
    The synthesis of carbohydrates (sugar) requires two substances. These are:-
    1. Carbon dioxide ( CO2)
    2. Water (H2O)
    MECHANISM OF PHOTOSYNTHESIS
    The entire process of photosynthesis is completed in two phases:

    1.Light phase depends upon light and also called photochemical reaction.
    2. Dark phase does not require light and is called dark reaction or purely
    chemical reaction.
