    When we last saw our
    Israelite friends
    • They had crossed the Red Sea.
    • They had gone from slavery to
    freedom
    • They had passed from death into
    life.
    • They were home free!!!
    • Right?
    • Right?
    Well...
    • Sort of…
    • If crossing through the Red Sea is
    like Baptism….then it is only the

    that the Israelites enter into. It ratifies
    the covenant and shows forth God’s
    presence.
