Mitch Pearlstein is the Founder and President of the Center of the American Experiment, a non-partisan public policy and institution that brings conservative and free market ideas to bear on the hardest problems facing Minnesota and the nation. On his just-published book, From Family Collapse to Americas Decline, Paul E. Peterson of Harvard University has written, Not since the 1965 Moynihan Report has anyone written so frankly, so soberly, so reasonably, or so persuasively on the devastating social consequences of singleparent families. State Representative Keith Downey is considered the idea man of the Republican Caucus. His 15 x 15 plan seeks to reform state programs to serve people better and improve our business climate to create private sector jobs - on a balanced budget.
