Dear Sir,
With reference to your letter dated 16.2.2002 (copy
enclosed), it is submitted that I had already informed your office
vide my letter dated 4.9.2000 that I had already paid the whole
amount of loan along-with simple interest as per decision of the
court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Multan, dated 31.7.95. After
rendition of account, the learned court found that only a sum of
Rs. 29,178/- was due and directed me to pay the same before
30.9.95, which amount was deposited by me in the account of
H.B.F.C. on 24.9.95. As such my case should have been closed.
Copy of the judgment & decree of the Senior Civil Judge is attached
herewith.

It may be mentioned here that against the above said judgment

and decree, H.B.F.C. filed an appeal in the court of District Judge,
Multan, which appeal was dismissed on 7.12.97 for non-prosecution.
No further competent action was taken by the H.B.F.C., as such the
judgment and decree of the learned Senior Civil Judge has attained
finality.

Wherefore, it is requested that my loan account be

closed and my papers be returned to me at your earliest
convenient.
