    Request to get refund of payment for plot booked with Land linkers, Islamabad

    Dear Sir,

    It is requested that I Zubair Khan had booked a plot with society named Land Linkers Islamabad and paid deposited Rs254100/- vide pay order # 130208 issued by Allied Bank Limited on 16/05/2005. A receipt for the said amount was issued by the Land Linkers on 21/05/2005 located at Office # 7 Salma Plaza Opposite Fatima Jinnah Park F-10 markez Islamabad 2299425. Fax # 051-2299472 (copy of receipt is enclosed) No plot was allotted to me and when I requested for refund of the amount paid by me as advance money, the society totally ignored my requests and nom hearing from them till date. Ultimately I approached different high officials and succeed to get refund of onlyRs150000/-. Tel # 051-

    I request you to kindly assist me to get the remaining amount Rs104100/along with 6 year inflated amount of my pending refund. Copies of all documents and necessary receipts are enclosed herewith the application.
