    SUBJECT: Dear Sir;

    FOR FINAL EXIT LETTER

    It is my utmost interest and enthusiasm to be part of your growing and progressing company and I greatly appreciate the opportunity since I become an integral part of your team and I am so grateful and enjoy doing so. However how I wish to extend my services for more but some reasons to be considered: To settle my family property since my both parents died last 2 yrs, my brother and sister want to share equally the property because Im the eldest. To process the application of my housing loan at the bank.

    In this regard, please allow me to go exit on the 24th of April ( as the end of my contract to the company). Lastly, I thank the management , my construction managers and co-workers for their warm affection they showed on me. I will bear the company name thru the years to come. Thank you and best regards.
