applications

synopsis: in this project we are controlling temperature and voltage

dependent devices by using temperature sensor and voltage
parameters by wireless means (fm). in the transmitter side we have
pic micro controller to which two sensors are connected, one is
temperature and other is voltage. the microcontroller is connected to
the pc through the serial port card, and then fm transmitter along with
the dialing circuit is also connected to the microcontroller. this forms
the transmitter part.

the receiver consists of fm receiver

connected to decoder which intern connected to the microcontroller.
this receiver microcontroller is connected to two devices one is
temperature dependent device and other is voltage dependent
device.these are the devices to be controlled.

operation

in the transmitting side the pc consists of a c-program,

which accepts the serial data through the serial port card and gives
the statistical display of temperature and voltage on the pc. the
transmitting microcontroller senses any changes in the temperature
and voltage parameters and these analog quantities are converted
from a/d and sent to the pc though the microcontroller.
when the desired reference limits of voltage and temperature crosses
the the limits, the microcontroller dials to the receiver through the
fm transmitter. at the receiving end the fm receiver receives the signal
and is decoded by the decoder.this decoded output is given to the
microcontroller.the microcontroller switches on or off, the
corresponding devices depending upon the received data.
