ADVERSE REACTION

NURSING INTERVENTION Observe 10 rights in giving medication. Inform patient that drug may be taken with food. Advice patient not to abruptly discontinue drug after long term use. Advice patient to avoid driving and activities that require alertness because drug can cause drowsiness Inform pt. that smoking may decrease effect
