    The SLC 1st Annual Veterans Day event will include a "PUT UP OR SHUT UP" Chili Cook-off on November 12, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. where teams can enter to have their chili judged for a $250 grand prize. The event encourages groups and individuals to form teams and enter the cook-off with early bird fees of $25 per team if registered by October 28. Vendors are also welcomed and needed at the all-day rain or shine event.
