Introduction
Change is a part of the life cycle of any living cell. Even nonliving objects, such
as consumer products, undergo transformation in shape, color, or form to meet the ever
changing needs and quality lifestyles of people. In fact, individuals are constantly
confronted with change throughout their life. Change is not linear but it occurs to all the
society, in general. Affecting everybody and organization. Organizations, as social
system, also grow, mature, and evolve; and in the process, manifest various changes in
structure, policy, strategies, process, technology, staff, and management.
