In the organisational settings ,employees may have some the same grievances against employers; in way, employers over may have

grievances against employees.Grievances is a state of dissatisfaction some issues related to employment.

Grievance means any real or

imaginary feeling of dissatisfaction injustice which an employee has about his employment relationship. Grievance is state of dissatisfaction over some issues related to employment.generally,expression of this dissatisfaction in oral form is known as complaint while in written form it is known as grievance.

According to MICHAEL J.JUCIOUSa

grievance is discontent or dissatisfaction whether expressed or not,whether valid or not,arising out of anything connected n with the company that an employee thinks,believes or even feels,is unfair,unjust or inequitable.

1.Grievance arising out of working condition:
i. poor physical conditions of work

place.
ii. very tight production standards. iii. Non availability of proper tools and

machines
iv. unplanned changes in schedules and v. procedure

2.grievances arising from management policy:


i. Wage rates and method of wage

payment.
ii. Overtime and incentive schemes. iii. Seniority. iv. Transfers. v. Promotion,demotion and discharge.

i. the collective bargaining agreement. ii. Company rules and regulation. iii. Past practice. iv. Central or state laws. v. Responsibilities of management.

leave the organisation either because of his dissatisfaction with the organisation or because of greener pasture somewhere else . If conducted properly ,elicits important information about various aspects of the organisational functioning relevant to employees.
