Function of human resources information system can we divide it a different department. Each department will have a different type of decisions.

ADVANTAGE OF HRIS
To made it much easier for HR departments to keep track of employee data. Allows easy retrieval of information about individual employees, and this in turn makes reporting on the current state of the workface simpler. Save the cost because can reduce the paper and time to make the decision.
DISADVANTAGE OF HRIS
All level employees need to learn how to use it for some details. Has led to fierce arguments about privacy at workplace. HRMIS only can use by Internet Explorer only.
CONCLUSION
Based on the advantage for human resources system, we can know that the system can provide a good benefit to all user especially human resources management. Then we can know that human resources information system is a good system can used by employer to manage their file or personal details.
