COURSE SYLLABUS
INSTRUCTIONAL GOALS
The Moodle 2 Admin course is designed to introduce site administrators to the administrative functions of the Moodle 2 course environment. At the end of this course, participants will know how to: Navigate the Moodle environment. Manage users and user roles. Create a course shell with knowledge of all course variables. Manage course administration settings (backup/restore/import). Manage plugins. Customize layout and themes. Manage site security.
Required Materials To successfully complete this course, participants will need: Access to a Moodle environment with the role of administrator. Access to Remote-Learner training course. A personal computer with Internet access.
