    Immediate attention is required. PARTICIPATION Students should be able to have active roles within the group. Poor Letting classmates to do the job. Fair 2 pts Can perform activity with minimal supervision. Fair Able to communicate with other group members. Good 3 pts Can perform activity with own initiative. Good Facilitates group mates. Initiates division of tasks

    COOPERATION Students cooperate to perform with what is being required to do.

    Poor Manifest signs of resistance to cooperate to his/her group mates.

    Fair Just doing what is being asked by the group.

    Good Helps other group members having a difficulty with the activity.

    EXECUTION Students follow laboratory procedures with caution.

    Poor Not following specified procedure/instruction.

    Fair Follows procedure.

    Good Follows procedure with caution.
