    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT upon review of this docket sheet it appears that Counsel have failed to file a notice of related case. The local rules require such a filing if there are cases that maybe related. If counsel stipulate that the cases are related and may be reassigned to a particular judge, counsel must file a stipulation and order with the accepting judge. The practice of this court is that the judge assigned to the lowest number normally receives this case.
