007. DISTRIBUTION The Board desires to make this Manual of Policies and Procedures a useful guide for all directors of the Board, the administration of this district, all personnel employed by the Board, the students of the district and all members of the community. Copies of this manual shall be numbered and a record maintained by the Superintendent as to the placement of each copy. Copies of revised pages will be furnished to the holders of copies as changes are made. 65 P.S. 271 et seq The manual of policies shall be considered a public record. and shall be open for inspection in the Board offices and in each school building during regular office hours. The Superintendent is charged with the responsibility of establishing and maintaining an orderly plan for preserving and making accessible the policies adopted by the Board and the administrative rules and regulations needed to put them into effect.

The Board shall periodically review the policies it has formulated and approved. It shall evaluate how the policies have been executed by the school staff and shall weigh the results. The Board shall rely upon the school staff, students and the community for providing evidence of the effect of the policies which it has adopted. The Board shall strive to keep its policies up to date. To achieve this end, it directs the Superintendent to call to its attention policies that are in need of possible revision.
