Hi, friends Welcome to the new adventure of the THREE AMIGOS ( Sid,Nirav and Pankaj) The Trip to GOA

is planned between 29 Dec 2011 -1 Jan 2012. Following travel plan has been designed by THREE AMIGOS Company, keeping in mind the different constraint of our guests After looking at various possibilities, it is decided that the entire party except Mr. Pankaj, will gather at Bangalore on 28 Dec and from Bangalore we will move for GOA on train. The train is at 9 PM as if now enough seats are available. We will reach LONDA station at 7:30 AM and from there we will reach MADGOA in next 3 hours.

Onward Journey Details:

Guests coming from New Delhi: Since the flight rates directly to GOA are beyond the reach of common citizens of this country at this time of year.people coming from Delhi are requested to reach Bangalore instead of Goa on 28th Dec before 6 PM so that we can proceed to the railway station in time. Indigo flights timings and rates were checked by the Amigo Company and found to be reasonable for our guests. Guests arriving from Delhi are requested to book the flights as soon as possible. (Flight starting at 15:00 will be most suitable for them). Note: Ms Nishtha Kapil is requested to take a half day on 28th December so that she can catch the flight in time ie 3:00 PM. Guest coming from Finland: Guest arriving from Finland is requested to confirm to this schedule ASAP after consultation with Mr. Pankaj and make necessary provision to reach Bangalore on 28th December before 6 PM. Guest coming from Bellary: Guest arriving from Bellary is requested to check the availability of seats in Train No.: 18047 and 17603. Unfortunately you have to travel alone and other party members will catch you at Madgoa at 1400 hrs 29th Dec.

Return Journey Details:

Guests returning to New Delhi: Because of the sky rocketing prices of return flight from Goa to New Delhiguests are requested to book their return flights from Pune. There is a train from Goa to Pune at 4:00 PM on 1st Jan 2012 and will reach Pune at 4:00 AM on 2nd Jan 2012. Guests are advised to book their return flights from Pune around 7: 00 AM so that they can reach Delhi by 9:00 AM and hopefully attend their respective office.

Guest coming from Finland: You are requested to confirm your return destination so that appropriate arrangements for your safe return can be arranged. Guest returning to Bellary: You are requested to ascertain your confirm tickets for your return journey in the same train. Return journey is to be started on 1st Jan 2012.

This is a tentative travel itinerary and all guests are requested to confirm their travel schedule to THREE AMIGOS Company before 5:00 PM, 18th October, 2011 so that next stage of planning can be started ie. Hotel Booking.
Imp Note: Approximate cost of tour/person for people residing in India will be around INR 20,000 including hotel room cost, flight charges and entertainment. The same cannot be said for NRIs. They have to do their own cost analysis. It has been found by THREE AMIGOS Company that the cheapest hotels available in Goa at this time of year are in the range of INR 2500-4000. Hence all guests are requested to confirm their travel itinerary ASAP so that best deal can be grabbed. THREE AMIGOS is a collage of three closet buddies on this planet.
