Individual Background : I live in a nuclear family with my parent and my sister. All of them are farmers. Our family income is low but I dont have tuition reduction. I cant afford money to learn English. I have worked parttime for a long time. I feel my English ability is my weakness trait. I know this is only a temporary problem. Im definitely studying hard to communicate more effectively. If I receive this scholarship, I would take an IELTS course in English Language Institute (Universty of Da Nang) to improve my English skill. Next, I want to take a basic Japanese course.
