This Week
Six days of school in two weeks makes it tricky to get work done, but the thirds graders have been real champions this week. It was nice seeing how many brought in tzedaka for the Jewish Family Services Food Bank Program. We finished the first 9 psukim of Lekh Lekha and we learned a lot about the meaning of teshuva and Yom HaKippurim. We also learned that even though Vzot HaBrakha is the Parashat HaShavua we never read it on Shabbat instead we read it on Simchat Torah.
