MINUTES OF MEETING

NAME OF ORGANIZATION: INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & MEDIA,KOLKATA DATE:02/08/2010 TIME: 10:20am VENUE: The Minutes of Meeting was held at ISB&M,Kolkata,class room (room no.2/1) MEMBERS: Mr. Kunal Agarwal ,Ms. Susweta Rakshit ,Ms.Sneha Jaiswal ,Mr. Ankur Nigam ,Mr. Manab Agarwalla ,Ms. Payal More ,Mr. Dewang Mehta.

MEMBERS SUGGESTIONS
MR.KUNAL AGARWAL Mr. Agarwal said that Child labour should be abandoned.because children below 14 are not allowed to work.It is against the law passed by the government. He also said that Domestic labours should be provided with weekly offs so that the workers get proper rest. MS. SUSWETA RAKSHIT Ms. Rakshit told that we should give an effort to promote education to the domestic workers,thus helping the society to improve by increasing the literacy rate. MS. SNEHA JAISWAL Ms. Jaiswal has put forwarded her view by telling that we should behave with them in a decent manner so that they feel homely. She has also told that we should try to reduce the work load given to the workers. MR. ANKUR NIGAM Mr. Nigam told to provide the domestic worker with medical insurance. He also told that we should divide the work and pay accordingly to the work done by them. MR.MANAB AGARWALLA Mr. Agarwalla said that money paid to the workers should be on income basis,which means people earning more should pay more. MS. PAYAL MORE Ms.More told to provide the domestic workers with other necessities other than money so that they could be helped with other necessities. She also said that we can provide the domestic workers with bonus during festivals so that they can bu new cothes. MR. DEWANG MEHTA Mr.Mehta told that an organization should be created for the rights of domestic workers. He also said that we can keep different workers for different work so that the work is divided and we can pay accordingly.

Conclusions:
1) Child labour should be abandoned. 2) Promote education to the domestic workers. 3) Provide with other necessities other than money. 4) Organization for the rights of domestic workers. Dewang Mehta -------------------(secretary)
