David J. Farinacci, DDS, FICD

David J. Farinacci DDS FICD graduated from the Ohio State University in 1980 and has been in private practice since. He instituted the use of the E4D system in the summer of 2008. Since that time it has become an integral part of his practice.

Rachelle King, CDD, CIS

Rachelle King CDD CIS has been working for Dr. Farinacci for seven years. Since he implemented the E4D system into the office, she has become a Cad Cam Integration Specialist. This involves traveling to other dental offices for their first day live with the E4D Machine.

Bring a prepared articulated model of an all ceramic preparation (single unit, full coverage molar prepared according to all ceramic guidelines) suitable for a CAD CAM restoration to the event and have it designed, milled and finished by the experts. Limit one unit per practice and prescription must be submitted via www.buildacrown.com at least 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive your restoration at the event. All other restorations will be completed at a later date and delivered to your practice.
