READINESS OF DOWN STREAM FOR GT FSNL & TEST SYNCHRONISATION

1.0 Readiness of Condensate & feed water system: (i) HP/IP BFP BFP-A
DMCW branch piping hydro test is pending (BFP Jacket, working oil cooler, lube oil cooler, booster pump jacket, motor air cooler). Erection of Flow Element on pump discharge line with pipe fittings. Pipe trench cleaning (filled with water/oil, unwanted material).

BFP-B
Following work pending which needs to be completed before trial run. Final alignment between BFP &Hydraulic coupling. BFP Pump foot & base plate Key block clearance check &welding. Installation of BFP Coupling with torque tightening. Boiler feed Pump base plate Key block welding. Final alignment between Booster pump & motor. Installation of Coupling b/n Booster pump & motor. Booster pump coupling bolts torque tightening. DMCW branch piping hydro test is pending (BFP Jacket, working oil cooler, lube oil Cooler, booster pump jacket, motor air cooler).

(ii)Feed control station (10 Meter level)

Erection of Control valves in HP,IP&LP BFP lines

(iii) LP BFP
LPBFP-B: Mechanically ready for trial run. LP BFP- A Following pending work to be completed before trial run Motor trail run Final alignment between pump &motor Installation of coupling

(iv) CPHRC pumps:

Pumps A & C alignment completed CPHRC-B Motor trail run Final alignment between pump &motor Installation of coupling

(v) HOTWELL MAKE UP PUMP

Pumps No A & B: alignment completed Pump- C: Motor has been shifted to PT Plant.

(VI) ACW/CW/DMCW System:

ACW Pump discharge line hydro test. DMCW piping for HRSG Swas system.

2.0 Readiness of GT/GTG system: (i)GTG H2 COOLER

DMCW Branch of pipe supply &return line hydro test

(ii)GT LUBE OIL COOLER

DMCW Branch of pipe supply &return lines for lube oil cooler hydro test.

3.0 Readiness of Fuel Gas system:

TP & GT area Gas conditioning skids including piping air pressure test
