TRAINING FOR TRANSFORMATION INFORMATION EVENT

Training for Transformation (TFT) is essentially about enabling people to work effectively together on issues relevant to their local community. Five areas of learning are brought together in the programme: Days 1 & 2 Days 3 & 4 Days 5 & 6 Days 7 & 8 Days 9 & 10 Personal development Group skills Social analysis Community development Organisational development

TFT has been used widely in Ireland for community development purposes. It works with both professional people and volunteers. If you think the programme might be of interest to you please feel free to come along on either open evening or day. These events are simply come and see opportunities. No obligation arises from attending. The TFT course itself will be commencing in Galway on the following dates: October 14th & 15th, November 11th & 12th, December 2nd & 3rd, January 13th & 14th, February 10th & 11th and March 9th & 10th. Friday evening from 7.30pm to 10.00pm and Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm. The Training for Transformation programme is being coordinated by Cro na Gaillimhe Resource Centre.
