    Lab Exercises – Day 1

    1. Install Windows 2003 server from CD


    a. Install SNMP service
    b. Check IP configuration – IP, correct subnet mask and default gateway
    c. Ensure DNS specified – else configure hosts file
    d. Ensure that Primary DNS suffix name is configured
    e. Default gateway should be SNMP enabled

    2. Install Windows 2003 SP2

    3. Install NNM
