Tek Pros uses this time to provide proactive care and maintenance of our clients IT systems. Clients can also use this time to receive email, phone, remote access and on-site support, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, to ensure that they get the help they need, when they need it. After hours or weekend support can be scheduled. Many issues can be resolved via remote assistance and this means that clients dont have to wait for a technician to arrive on-site. On-site visits typically occur if the problem requires a physical presence or after Tek Pros has exhausted options to resolve the issue remotely in a reasonable time. The customer may also choose to explicitly request Tek Pros to perform on-site visits.
AdditionalServiceHourlyRate
For any additional labor above the hours included with the monthly plan, Tek Pros will charge the associated billing rates for standard and emergency time.
BillingIncrements
We bill our labor in 15-minute increments. For example, a support representative answers a question for Client A over the phone and this activity takes 10 minutes. Client A is billed for 15 minutes of labor.
MinimumOnsiteVisitTime
Tek Pros does not have a minimum amount of time required for an on-site visit by support representative.
TravelCharges
Tek Pros does not bill any local travel charges when making an on-site call.
