This document contains JavaScript code to create a starry background effect on a webpage. It defines variables to control the number of stars, color, speed and warp effect. It uses DOM methods to create div elements for each star and position them absolutely on the page. On page load and resize, it calculates the viewport size and positions the stars randomly within. On scroll, it repositions the containing div to give the illusion of a starfield moving in the background. A timed loop warps the stars and repositions any that move off screen to create a twinkling starry effect.
