A. Empathy is the ability to recognize and share feelings. Students must understand this in order to get in to the shoes of the girl and truly reflect on her life

A. Stereotypes are popular beliefs about certain social groups. Another word for this is prejudice. It is important for students to realize these stereotypes and denote them.
