Bottlenecks (If any): Additional 15% of the project cost is required to be allocated to timely complete the SNRS project which is already 2 years late due to delayed budgetary releases in the fiscal years FY 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10. To complete the SNRS in the current FY 2011-12, additional 62 Million (15% of Rs. 413 Million) are demanded due to accomplish installation of HVAC, installation of lifts, and meet liabilities of civil structure and finishing cost.
