Sir,
We, on the behalf of hostellers would like to draw your kind attention towards the
problems being faced by the hostellers. We, hostellers are facing several problems which
include basic needs which are required to be restored as soon as possible as well as some
long time pending facilities which have been provided earlier.

A list of our requirements is attached along with the letter.

We hope that you will take care of our requirements and solve them as early as possible.

We shall be highly obliged to you for the same.

List of Requirements:

1. Proper Water arrangement :

• All water coolers to be made operational along with water purifier.
• Regular Maintenance of water coolers, purifiers and overhead water tanks.

2. Sanitary ware and door repair:

• Repair of broken sanitary ware.
• Repair of swollen and broken doors.

3. Power backup:
• Power backup during daytime, especially in holidays.

4. Bus Service:
• Resumption of daily bus service to local market.

5. Internet laboratory and Library:

• The internet lab. and library must be operational in the evening after
college so that we can get required information and access necessary
services.
6. Common Room and Gymnasium:
• Common Room must be provided with television set along with cable
connection.
• Gymnasium must be established and some fitness requirements should be
provided.

7. Sports facilities:
• Proper sports facilities and accessories should be provided for extra
curricular development.

8. Evening Snacks:
• There should be some sort of refreshment after college for hostellers as
provided earlier.
