Examining The Indonesia Growth Trajectory Post 97/98 Crisis In the past decade Indonesia has been trough

major transformation in her economic landscape. The Asian Crisis , rapid decentralization policy, Global Crisis and ACFTA are among major events that might influence and trigger the transformation. The study aims to examine the structural change happening in Indonesia economy, after the Asian Crisis. The study will also assess how the structural change impacted Indonesia growth, productivity, trade and employment in sectoral level. The analysis will start with literatur review regarding Indonesia economic development from various sources. The Solow-Swan growth model and New Endogeneous Growth model will be used as a basic framework of model development. The estimation will utilize growth accounting framework, crosscountry growth regression and growth diagnostic framework to assess the source and determinants of Indonesia growth. The impact of structural change to poverty and inequality within household and regions will also be examined. Several simulations of trade and fiscal policy will be conducted to develop alternative of possible future development trajectories of Indonesia
