    Don't forget:

    Ask the YW leaders if you'll need a budget for supplies for your activity

    Let the YW leaders know the activity plan in advance so it can go in newsletter!

    Send out reminder text/call/email/facebook message to each girl the night before!

    Activity should not go longer than 8:30 PM

    Plan the activity with ALL the young women in mind (making sure that it will be
    fun and applicable for everyone and that no one gets left out!)
