Observation a) oil leakage in DE side bearing b) Oil leakage in DE side commutator pit. c) Coupling guard is missing. a) No coupling guard is there. b) Sparking is seen in DE commutator.. . a) Oil leakage is found in DE side bearing. a) Oil leakage is found in DE and NDE side bearing. . a) Motors, cables and junction boxes are covered with thick layer of dust . b) A lot of scrap cables is lying near F-6 and F-7 screw down motors. c) Oil leakage is found near F-6 and F-7 (motor room side) gear boxes of screw down motors. a) Oil leakage is found in DE and NDE side bearing. b) Ventilation air leakage is found from DE and NDE covers.
