Postmodernism has been greatly influenced the research of social science
including organization studies. This paper tries to outline the influence of
postmodernism on organization studies by introducing postmodern analysis
on subjects such as organizational culture, transaction cost,and natural
environment. We also briefly discuss epistemological implications of
postmodernism on organizational analysis.
