    What is the most valuable asset of the LMC?

    North Bays pool of willing and able community volunteers.

    Who are these valuable volunteers?

    You, me, your neighbors, the folks sitting all around you today. All the LMCs volunteer help comes from the residents of the North Bay.

    Who watch-dogs the LMC budget, assets, expenses, reserves, bank balances, investments, and general financial matters?

    The unheralded but financially savvy members of the FINANCE COMMITTEE

    Who are the rugged, stalwart men and women watching out for the safety and well-being of our local woodlands ... the LMC greenbelts?

    They are the brave members of the Greenbelt Committee who apparently fear no spider of any size; who trek into our dark, moist, primeval forests laden with tools whatever the weather!

    Who deserves our thanks for maintaining our standards of style and continuity during the many years of North Bay development?

    The hardworking, resolute members of the Architectural Control Committee

    Whose mission is to enhance communications between the LMC, the Board of Trustees, and the community at large?

    The fun-loving collection known as the Communications Committee

    Who oversees the tiresome but necessary maintenance of the fine-print in the North Bays governing documents?

    The hair-splitters of the inexhaustible C&R Committee. Note to selfchange hair-splitters to word-smiths?

    Who provides consultation, advice and direction for the maintenance & repair of the LMC facilities?

    Its the nuts-and-bolts volunteers of the Operations Committee whose members help to analyze, consult, advise, and provide assistance to the General Manager on issues of day to day operations !
