For the first time in the past couple of years we actually had a quarter that up from the previous year. Overall the market was up 11% when compared to 3Q 2010 Of the properties that have sold in 3Q 2011 32% were distressed properties which would include Bank Owned properties and Short Sales. Bank Owned Properties alone made up 28% of our sales. The distressed properties currently listed only make up 16% of the total inventory of properties for sale.
