    Building Account dimension and setting member properties using Command line Utilities

    We are using command line Utilities for the automation of building the dimensions.
    Steps to build Dimensions: 1. Load the required data as per the dimension in the Excel and save it with extension .CSV in the location C:\Hyperion\products\Planning\bin. 2. Go to command Prompt and write the command in the path C:\Hyperion\products\Planning\bin>OutlineLoad /U: Login Name /A: Application Name /I: .CSV file /D: Dimension Name. Steps in detail: 1. Load the data in the Excel as required in the dimension and save the excel file with the extension .CSV in the location C:\Hyperion\products\Planning\bin. Dont change the Header of the Data file and load the required data of the dimension.

    2. Save the file with the extension .CSV as shown below in location C:\Hyperion\products\Planning\bin.

    3. Write the command on the command prompt Outline Load /U: Login Name /A: Application Name /I: .CSV file /D: Dimension Name. Location: C:\Hyperion\products\Planning\bin>.

    4. If the dimension builds with out errors the out put is as shown below.

    5. You will find the planning application after building dimension and member properties as shown below
