    Officer - Production
    Exp: Minimum 4 years Qualification: B.tech. or Diploma in Production / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engg. CTC: 3.00 4.00 LPA Responsibilities:1) Can handle contractual manpower. 2) Achieving production targets as per plan 3) Man- machine & resource planning as per plan requirement to achieve best business result 4) Providing training to Officer & associates 5) Basic Knowledge of Packing machines & utilities used in packing machines 6) Process engineering for new Process & product development launch 7) Well command over Data handling & MS Office (Mandatory) 8) Good analytical & interpretation skill to arrive on best business result 9) Knowledge of SAP system (Mandatory) 10) Complete knowledge of stock closing/JC closing /stock variance handling 11) Ability to Driving initiatives on shop floor which can bring a positive change to system 12) Knowledge of ISO 9001:2001, Knowledge of TPM & SPC will be an advantage 13) Defect & Rejection reduction on process line. 14) Monitoring & Controlling Overhead & labor cost involve in production
