Is mentioning ones Religion on official forms necessary?

Religion, in general, defined as the quest for the values of the ideal life. It is strongly based on the beliefs. It is age old and got its existence when humans brain advanced to realize to have faith. These pre-historic human lived in small groups, regulations and systems were formed to maintain discipline in such a small group (Kabila). All small groups had own ideology that were obligatory to all group members. As they were too small in groups, system differed from group to group. In order to initiate members to worship the system, an icon was formed that harmonized the ideology like sun, moon, river, fire etc. Rituals were essential part that to be carried in occasions for rejuvenation. Ritual is a practice to follow the ideology and its inscription. Those who have faith in bible inscription are Christian and who have faith in Quoran are Muslims and have faith in Veda are Hindus. So Hindu is the system (religion) and Hindus are society, Vedas are inscription and Gods such as Ram, Shiva, Hanuman, Durga etc are icon. So religion is a system of belief in a society. A ritual is main part of religion that builds citizens of the society to trust, respect the ideology of the society. Each religion has its own inscription for its group. For a vast number of peoples, religion is a powerful, important and positive part of their lives. Though, the degree of beliefs may vary person to person; they are governed by a set of rules provided by religious doctrines and praxis. Every religion, regardless of the form it takes, is an ethical system that prescribes proper way of behaving. Therefore, it is very important for everyone to respect other religions and religious beliefs. Not doing so, is not only unlawful, it would also be counter productive. To make ones religion known to others, it is necessary to mention the religion in official forms and documents.
