Abraham (Harold) Maslow (April 1, 1908 –
June 8, 1970) born in Brooklyn, New York
Studied at City College of New York, then he
changed to Cornell and then finally to CCNY
Chairman of the psychological department at
Brandeis
Psychologist all his life until he died in 8th of
June, 1970
Theory
Physiological needs
These needs include:
Oxygen, water, minerals and vitamins,
PH balance,
Regulation of temperature,
Need of sleep,
Get rid of waste,
Avoid pain and have sex.
The Safety needs
These needs include:
Safe circumstances,
Stability,
Protection,
