Help raise money to provide Christmas for needy children in the Clover area.

PARTICIPANTS: 10 years of age to adult FEE: Advanced registration $20 (by 12/3/11), Race Day $25

REGISTRATION: Advanced registration encouraged. T-shirts guaranteed if by 12/3/11. COURSE: Course begins at First United Methodist Church Parking Lot, down Elizabeth St, Jackson Terr, Knox St, Clinton Ave, and Saint Paul Church Rd and around Jamestown Cir. returning to the First united Methodist Church.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry to the Clover Jaycee 5K Run/Walk, I waive all claims for myself, my heirs and assigns against, and hereby release the Clover Jaycees, any sponsors and any other person assisting on a voluntary basis or otherwise, in putting on the event, for any liability to me or them including injury which might result from my participation. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in the Clover Jaycee 5K Run/Walk.
