(870589-T), by virtue of the authority conferred upon us under the provision of Regulation 90 of Table A in the Fourth Schedule of the Companies Act, 1965, do hereby agree and confirm that the following resolutions shall be treated as valid and effective as if they have been passed at the meeting of the directors of the company duly convened and held. RESOLVED: 1. THAT previous resolutions pertaining to the operation of the current account held at MALAYAN BANKING BERHAD, Taman Pelangi Branch, Johor Bahru under Account no.: 501271417381 in the name of the company be and is hereby rescinded with immediate effect. THAT all cheques, bill, promissory notes and etc., drawn on the said bank on behalf of the company be jointly signed LOH LAY HIONG (I/C No.: 730226-01-6158) and TEE THIAM CHAI (I/C No.: 681212-01-5383) THAT all cheques, bill, promissory notes and other documents requiring endorsement on behalf of the company be endorsed by the above authorised signatory in connection therewith. THAT these resolutions shall remain in force until an amended resolution shall have been passed by the company and a copy thereof duly certified by the company secretary shall have been received by the said Bank.
